Items are subject to availability, we will replace like for like wherever necessary.
Where there is stated a minimum purchase requirement, you may select from different buffets of the same purchase requirement to make up your minimum number (ie. you may have 10 from Buffet No1 and 20 from Buffet No4 to make up the 30 minimum purchase requirement).
All deliveries are free within a 20 mile radius, after which there is a charge of 50p per mile.
Our food is delivered fresh. To ensure it is kept fresh for as long as possible we recommend you select a venue with air conditioning.
Invoices are sent out by email, or by post if preferred.
Payments must be made by the date(s) given on the invoice. When placing your order we require a non refundable deposit of £20.00. Late payments may result in your booking being cancelled.
Collection of Equipment
All catering trays, lids, boxes & equipment must be ready for collection the next day and in full working order. All broken or missing items will be charged for.
Should you need to cancel your order please ensure at least 72 hours notice is given, any cancellations after this time will be charged in full.
If paying by cheque payments must be made 14 days prior the event.
Please note we charge 3.5% if paying by Paypal.

The client upon ordering from Mrs Buffet Catering must accept these Terms & Conditions stated above.
